This is a truly top notch, professional roofing contractor. My home doesn't have direct access, but every step of the job was done efficiently, effectively, and CLEAN. No "peel and stick" underlayment; they hot mop, and that alone is a huge upgrade that most companies don't even offer. They weren't much different in cost than a few others, so please do yourself a favor and at least get a quote. They finished the tile yesterday, and I couldn't be happier.
