There are more roofers available in S. Florida than probably any other trade. It's one place you want to make sure you have the right specs and, of course, the right workmanship, and then price considerations. This is my second new roof with Graboski and they have been exemplary, again, in every way. While not the cheapest, their price was fair, their workmen act like they own the company and take great pride in their work, and Tim will not do a roof unless the specs are ones in which he can put his good name. Their communication is excellent at every step along the way. I cannot speak to their warranty as I have never had a leak, but I have no doubt they will be there if I need them.

Buying a new roof might be one of the largest remodeling/maintenance expenses a homeowner undertakes. When I determined that I needed a new roof I didn't pull a roofer off the web and go. I did my homework. I researched and looked into many roofers. The one that stood out and the one I ultimately picked was Graboski Roofing. I had no regrets. A total reroof is an expensive purchase. Graboski was not the cheapest proposal or the most expensive. I took a leap of faith based on my research and how they explained the proposed job. The job went just as promised. There was a waiting period while the tiles were arranged, but once they were underway they moved efficiently and cleanly. At the end of the project there were no surprises and their follow-up on a minor issue was as good as one could expect. Of special note is the guy who became the face of Graboski Roofing: Mike. He followed up and kept me well informed and I appreciate his involvement.

I just recently put a new roof on my house in Palm Beach Gardens and they did a fantastic job. The workers were neat and did a great job on the roof in the hottest conditions. They showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up after they left each day. The supervisor showed up often and made contact with us. He answered all of our questions and explained the process very patiently. The office staff stayed in contact throughout the whole job. They answered all of my questions and responded to all of my requests. Their quality control was above and beyond! I could not speak more highly of this company and would recommend them to anyone thinking of replacing their roof.

We have just had our second roof completed by Graboski Roofing. First was a shingle roof 15 years ago, still going strong with no leaks. The most recent one was a metal roof that was completed last week and it looks fantastic. Their staff are amazing. They complete the entire permitting process. Gabrielle Graboski is wonderful and handled everything. Their field supervisor, Ray, also deserves praise; he stopped by several times during the installation process to ensure things were being done on time and correctly. In a nutshell, Graboski Roofing is an extremely well-run roofing company and they can help you with any of your roofing needs. The quality of their finished product is the 'best' in the industry. After reviewing other offers, Graboski was the most reasonable [other roofers charged extra for the type of installation Graboski offered initially] and there was no pressure to add "features." The salesperson, Terry Melody, was knowledgeable and went over the process completely. The only thing that stressed us was the time it took to get the tiles, which I understand is long, but seemed even longer after waiting over 4 months. At the same time, we were warned, so I cannot complain. All in all, we're satisfied and happy to have the roof completed before hurricane season kicks in for real.

Cannot recommend Tim Graboski Roofing highly enough. To start, I received 4 total quotes for my roof, and Graboski Roofing and ABC Roofing were the most competitive, pretty similar. I went with Graboski because of how personable Terry was, and how committed/dedicated to the company he seemed to be. My trust was rewarded. Everybody on the team from the administrative side to the construction side were diligent, efficient, communicated well, did their job on time with great quality, and kept me in the loop on the process at every stage of the project. When you're spending tens of thousands on a product, this is the kind of service you deserve -- and they deliver.
