Upon receipt of signed proposal, TGRI will begin the process of permit application and Notice of Commencement with the appropriate governing agency.
TGRI may assist in your selection of roof tile color and profile, if requested.
TGRI will order and inventory all material for commencement.
TGRI will give you notification of your scheduled start date.
TGRI's employees and equipment will arrive on scheduled start date, weather permitting.
TGRI will make provisions to protect your property and minimize demolition debris.
TGRI will remove all construction debris to a Licensed Land Fill Facility using our own equipment.
TGRI will inspect the deck substrate for water damage and to verify proper nailing requirements to meet current Building Codes.
TGRI will install one layer of ASTM #30 Felt, tin capped to code with a 4” headlap.
TGRI will install all necessary flashing. Standard flashings are 26 gauge galvanized steel and may be upgraded upon request.
TGRI will install new lead plumbing flashings and replace existing roof vents.
TGRI will schedule all required building inspections.
TGRI will install the underlayment which is set in a full mopping Type IV Hot Asphalt with a 4" inch headlap and required back nailing.
TGRI will then load your roof with your selected tile. Our installers are Factory Certified Applicators of Polyfoam.
TGRI will clean your site of any and all construction related debris.
TGRI will obtain our Final Roof Inspection from appropriate municipality.
TGRI utilizes only Quality components in its Roof Assembly for Longevity
TGRI uses only its Employees and Equipment which are fully insured
