My wife and I recently purchased a home in Boynton Beach, Florida. It was built six years ago. Within four weeks of moving in, there was a leak in the roof which gutted part of the kitchen ceiling. Solar panels had been installed by the previous owner three months prior to our move. I had used Graboski Roofing in the past with my previous home and was always extremely pleased with the quality of their work. George came out to my home and did a thorough inspection of my roof and the attic, and there was no doubt that the leak was caused by the poor and shoddy installation of the solar panels. Pictures that were taken indicated that the Solar Panel Company attempted to hide their sloppy work by caulking areas in the attic to hide the fact that proper sealing was not done. Graboski Roofing promptly sent me their findings, including well-documented pictures of the poor installation, which I provided to my attorney. Graboski Roofing repaired my roof and they were even able to match the tiles that were already present. I highly recommend Graboski Roofing. I was able to speak with Tim Graboski, the CEO, who promptly returned my calls when I had any questions. The Solar Panel Company removed the solar panels, and they were also supposed to remove all the brackets. They left 77 brackets that were removed by Graboski Roofing. This company was competitive in pricing. All other bidders stated they would not match the colors of the existing roof tiles. I had tiles left from the original installation, and they promised to try to reuse the tiles they removed and then use the tiles I had left. They delivered on this promise and finished the job in one day.
